As part of an experimental learning project, our group had the opportunity to work with TrabajoGenx.com and the team on Robo The Virtual Bot Inc., an AI-driven recruiting platform. We audited a selection of job descriptions and vetted them for legality. We drafted a report of recommendations to ensure regulatory compliance, including strengthening their data security measures and expanding the compliance tools within their programming. CEO Umeed Stanikzai provided an informative introduction to the platform and was very receptive to our questions for the audit. Although we had a long list of things to ask, he provided us with the information we required in a timely manner, allowing us to meet our deadlines. Robo The Virtual Bot Inc. is a revolutionary tool for interviewing, recruiting, and candidate selection in the future. We are assured that after implementing our suggestions and those of our classmates, they will have a product with a bright and far-reaching future.
